Wine Tasting with Parris Benight - Flor: a veil of good yeast, explained

Join us on May 10th from 6 to 7:30pm to learn about flor - the inimitable yeasts best known for its role in the fermentation development of fino sherry - and its use in winemaking and sherry production. 


We'll be tasting 3 wines and 2 sherries, one made without flor as a base comparison, with Parris Benight, sommelier and sherry-lover from Advintage Distributing, leading the informal tasting. Light bites will be provided by The Daily.
