Spanglish Pop Up at The Daily

Tomas and Lynda Prado, founders of Spanglish, and veterans of culinary incubator Workshop are popping up Wednesday, November 21st and Friday, November 30th from 6pm - 10pm. Miami born and bred, and well known for their Cuban food, the menu will also incorporate creative pan-Latin flavors, with dishes including:

Duck & Foie Gras Empanadas
Spiced Mango Compote

Creamy Ham Croquettes
Edwards Country Ham, Smoked Paprika Aioli

Local Fish Ceviche
Ají Amarillo, Lime, Chili

Octopus a la Plancha
Papas Canarias, Mojo Rojo

Skirt Steak
Charred Greens, Smashed Sweet Potato, Chimichurri

Charred Local Squash
Mojo Verde, Pepitas

Roasted Mushrooms
PX Sherry, Idiazabal
